For clinicians who have spent a career translating their practice for a setting that never quite fit.
Anoshe is virtual-first and deliberately small. The work is organised around one family's continuous story rather than a menu of separate services. Which changes what a caseload looks like, and what you're expected to hold.
Cultural and racial context isn't a specialism you bolt onto a session here. It's the practice's core framework, and it shapes intake, formulation, and how we write about clients.
We diagnose the condition, not the person. Neuroaffirming and DDP-informed approaches are the default. Behavioural and reward-based models aren't used here.
Clinical supervision is in-house rather than something you organise on your own time and budget.
Sessions run online by default, so you set your availability rather than fitting a room's timetable. Face to face is available where a client asks for it and you are able to offer it. Subcontractor arrangements are the norm.
Alongside clinical work there's a consultancy arm delivering racial literacy and anti-racism programs to schools and organisations. Some clinicians work across both.
These are the seats we're actively thinking about. If your practice doesn't map neatly to one of them but you think there's a fit, say so, the list below isn't a wall.
Speech, language and communication support across the developmental stages, for children finding their words, and for families holding more than one language at home.
Clinical or general, with experience across neurodevelopmental assessment or trauma.
For the developmental questions that sit above what our assessment work can answer on its own, particularly in early childhood.
Send through your CV and a short note about what you'd want your work here to look like, not a cover letter, just the honest version. We'll set up a conversation from there.
Practitioners work as subcontractors. Registration with AHPRA or a recognised professional body is required for clinical roles, along with your own professional indemnity cover, a Working with Children Check, and a current police check.
We read everything that comes in, and we reply, including when the answer is not right now.
