How to use this — the short version
Enter the client’s name, or initials and date of birth, and check the date. Whatever you enter names the saved file.
Pick the instrument or formulation, and fill it in. Results appear on the right as you go.
To hand the device to a client, use Start with client — one question at a time, score hidden.
At the end, press Save to client record and upload the PDF to Cliniko.
If a formulation runs across more than one session, press Save draft before you finish, and Open draft next time.
Press Clear all before the next client.
Client answers stay on this device only. They survive a refresh, and are cleared when you close the tab or press Clear all. To keep them, use Save to client record and upload the PDF to the client’s file in Cliniko. Scores are screening results, not diagnoses — interpret them alongside the history, the collateral and the clinical picture.
